RETURN EXCHANGE & PRICING POLICY
- The item must be identical, including color and size.
- Only one price adjustment is permitted per item.
- The item must be in stock at the time of the adjustment request.
- Items purchased using a promo code are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Price adjustments are not available for items sold by third-party sellers.
- We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third-party services.
- Any price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Final Sale Items
- Any items that have been altered, including those altered through our complimentary hemming service, cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
- Items purchased with a discount of 50% or greater off the original retail price are eligible for exchange or store credit only; no refunds.
- Items purchased with a discount of 80% or greater off the original retail price are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Simply email us at email@example.com to request your return or exchange. Please specify your order number, the style(s) you wish to return/ exchange and we will email you the FedEx shipping label. For return styles only: a fee of $15 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Please ensure your box has the Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box.
