Important Shipping Updates
Due to a high order volume and unforeseen weather circumstances affecting Shipping operations and causing carrier delays, please be aware of the following updates:

Please note we only ship to addresses within the 50 United States (contiguous US states plus Hawaii and Alaska*) and Canada. All prices are in USD.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Typically, we ship in-stock merchandise the next business day (with the exception of orders containing items being hemmed). Credit card orders are charged when the merchandise has shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery usually arrive in 4 to 9 business days (excluding holiday & peak times).
There is no charge for shipping orders with merchandise value over $175, excluding taxes*. Orders less than $175 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15* Please note that for Hawaii and Alaska our shipping is free for orders over $1,500. Orders under $1,500 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $50.
Due to the valuable nature of our merchandise, most deliveries will require a signature and should be sent to a daytime address where a person will be present to receive the merchandise. If you would like to request delivery without a signature, please indicate in the comments/note section when placing your order. If delivery without signature is requested, Samuelsohn will not be responsible for lost packages once the carrier indicates delivery has been made. Shipments under $300 in merchandise value may be shipped without signature at our discretion.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street shipping address.
At this time, we are unable to process a single order going to multiple destinations. You will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
When possible we may offer express shipping for an additional fee as indicated. Please note: express shipping is not available to Alaska/Hawaii. Express shipping is based on shipping the next business day after we receive your order. If we cannot ship the next business day, we will advise you that we cannot ship your order express and you will not be charged. However, if Samuelsohn does ship your order on time using express service and if the carrier does not deliver for whatever reason outside of our control, Samuelsohn will not refund shipping fees (unless the carrier refunds Samuelsohn).
STATE & LOCAL SALES TAXES
The taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on shipping from Montreal, Quebec, Canada for Canadian destinations or New York State for US destinations, going to the applicable state and province we are shipping to, with local taxes applied depending on the laws of your state and province. All prices are in USD. Tax will be calculated at time of check out and will be included in your order summary. If you choose to check out on a third-party application, they may charge, collect and remit taxes in other states. We encourage you to check out on our website directly.
No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a gift card.
