Need a different size? We’ll pay the return shipping and ship your new item(s) with no additional shipping charges!


Simply email us at Care@Samuelsohn.com to request a return label and form. Fill out the form and list style(s) and size(s) for exchange. Exchanged merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached and in original condition shipped to Samuelsohn up to 30 days from the shipping date. Samuelsohn cannot ship you your new size until we receive and inspect the returned item(s).


*If you choose complimentary hemming, the garment will be FINAL SALE and will not be able to be returned for a refund because it has been altered.*


RETURN, REFUND & PRICING POLICY


Price Adjustments After Purchase
If we mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we will adjust at your request within 14 days of your shipment date.

Our ability to price match or adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The item must be identical in color and size
  • We will only make one price adjustment per item
  • The item must be in stock
  • Items originally purchased at a sale price are excluded from price adjustments
  • We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers
  • We do not offer price adjustments on items from outlet, flash sale, auction, or regional and non-U.S.-based retailers, and "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers
  • Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sale, Extra Savings, Anniversary Sale, Daily promotions
  • We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third-party services
  • Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item


Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unaltered merchandise purchased at Samuelsohn.com. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached up to 30 days from the shipping date. Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment less the return shipping charge of $15 USD (if you use our prepaid return label which we will send to you once your return is authorized).  For exchanges, we will not charge you for the return label (up to one exchange label per purchase).

ALL MASK sales are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.


Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any item purchased at a price that is 50% or more off the original price. These items are final sale. If you need a different size, we will gladly exchange these items. You will be responsible for return shipping and shipping costs, or you may use our prepaid label at a charge of $15. 


HOW TO RETURN

Using Our Carrier


Simply email us at Care@Samuelsohn.com to request a return label and return authorization number. Please specify your order number, the style(s) you wish to return and we will email you the FedEx shipping label. A return shipping and handling fee of $15 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.


Using Another Carrier

Ensure that you have emailed us for a Return Authorization number.  Ship the item back via the carrier of your choice to:

Ensure your box has the Return Authorization order number written clearly on the outside of the box.

Retain receipts and tracking codes from your carrier as you are responsible for your merchandise if you use your own carrier until Samuelsohn.com confirms receipt.
